Ok so April and I have been seeing all these COMPLAINTS about how “unrealistic” and “sexist” comic books are in the way they portray women and their bodies.

WELL we have decided that you are all crazy feminists and there is nothing wrong with how women are drawn in comic books.

So to prove this we have decided to show you that not only are women portrayed realistically in comics, but we do most of these so called “impossible” and “ridiculous” poses on a daily basis just by naturally going about our buisness. 

And if THIS doesn’t convince you, just wait ‘til next week! We plan to post a new picture each Wednesday and friday. And if you think that this is some sort of joke or that this is not how we perform tasks on a daily basis, then fuck you! You don’t know our lives.

We DEFY you to find a pose that we don’t do on normal, average day…..come at us bro!

because wanting equal rights is totally the same as genocide. Is it so much to fucking ask to have a comic book character that DOESN’T have legs that go all the way up, double D tits and an ass to match but a 22 inch waist, who is 19285431604% more flexible than anyone and defies gravity and all laws of physics. In that same vein, I would like to point out how male comic book characters are also a ridiculous platform. Huge broad shoulders, muscles for days, built, strong, no feelings, muscles muscles muscles. okay, tell me you don’t look at that and go “that’s ridiculous!” “it’s not the same thing!” you’re right, it’s not. portraying female bodies in a way that is IMPOSSIBLE to achieve is perpetuating self hate. Everything when you grow up socialized as a girl is telling you to HATE. YOURSELF. Having a big dick and big muscles when you’re socialized as a boy is something to hold over everyone else, to perpetuate the male ego. Once you have those things, yeah, you got it made. You get to say, I’m better than all of you. Women never get that. NEVER. No matter what is done, even if we had that “perfect” body, there would be something wrong. “your tits look weird” “your butt is too big” “you’re too thin!” “now you’re too fat” “why can’t you do this ridiculous position?” “why can’t you be more quiet” “why can’t you be stronger” “girls need to be weak though” “but it’s your fault if you can’t hold your own” “but a girl that can hold her own is WEIRD and UNDESIREABLE.” I could go on forever. and dismissing someone by calling them crazy is INVALID. “I don’t understand it, therefore you aren’t sane.” a. none of us are sane, b. WANTING EQUALITY IS JUST TOO MUCH TO ASK OBVIOUSLY THEREFORE I AM NOT IN MY RIGHT MIND. that’s total. bullshit. fuck. all of this.
